Karnataka High Court: Stay on Circular Banning Rearing of Certain Breeds of Dogs - (20 Mar 2024)

Karnataka High Court has stayed a circular passed by the Union Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying department that banned rearing of certain breeds of dogs found to be ferocious and dangerous to human life.
