MP HC: Offending Vehicle Owner Entitled to Compensation Even if Security Not Furnished - (18 Mar 2024)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that the law does not allow the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal to withhold a claim on the ground that the owner of the offending vehicle failed to furnish security.
