Commission of India Finds Google Play Store’s Updated Billing Policy Violative of Competition Act - (18 Mar 2024)

Commission of India has prima facie found Google Play Store’s updated billing policy violative of provisions of Section 4(2)(a), 4(2)(b) and 4(2)(c) of the Competition Act, 2002.
