SC: Tenants Possessing Watan Property on Tiller’s Day Entitled to Purchase Watan Property - (18 Mar 2024)

TENANCY

Supreme Court has held that tenants that hold possession of Watan property on ‘Tiller’s Day’ are entitled to purchase the tenanted property under the Maharashtra Revenue Patels (Abolition of Offices) Act, 1962.
