Supreme Court: Prosecution Witness Identifying Accused at Police Station Not Proper TIP - (18 Mar 2024)

Supreme Court while acquitting the accused, has held that the process of prosecution witness identifying accused persons at the police station cannot be considered as proper Test Identification Parade (TIP).
