CESTAT: Service Tax Cannot be Levied on Incentives - (15 Mar 2024)

SERVICE TAX

Delhi Bench of Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) while distinguishing between ‘commission’ and ‘incentive’ has held that service tax cannot be levied on incentives.
