Del. HC: Bloomberg’s Appeal Against Trial Court Order Rejected - (15 Mar 2024)

Delhi High Court while dismissing Bloomberg’s appeal, has upheld the trial court’s order that directed Bloomberg to take down an article on Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited that was allegedly defamatory.
