Del. HC: Irish Company Providing Services to its Indian Counterpart Not Technical Services - (15 Mar 2024)

DIRECT TAXATION

Delhi High Court while quashing the order that denied zero or lower TDS certificate, has held that an Irish company providing services to its Indian counterpart cannot be considered as technical services.
