Bombay HC: Proceedings Related to SC/ST Act Must be Video Recorded Even if Held in Open Court - (14 Mar 2024)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has held that it would be necessary to video record any proceeding relating to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC/ST Act) even though the proceedings are held in open court.
