Madras HC: Voluntary Surrender of Accused Can’t be Accepted by Magistrate Who Lacks Jurisdiction - (13 Mar 2024)

Madras High Court has held that where the accused voluntarily surrenders before the Magistrate, such surrender should not be accepted by the Magistrate if he lacks jurisdiction.
