Cal. HC: Supplementary Show Cause Notice an Independent Notice Even if it Relates to Smuggling Case - (12 Mar 2024)

Calcutta High Court has held that even though the term supplementary show cause notice has the word supplementary attached to it, it is actually an independent notice even when it is related to a case of smuggling.
