Karnataka High Court: In a Suit for Title, Party Should Clearly Disclose the Right to Sue - (12 Mar 2024)

Karnataka High Court has held that in a suit for declaration of title, if there is failure on the part of the party to disclose a clear right to sue, the suit shall deserve to be rejected.
