SC: No Counselling to be Done to Influence Sexual Orientation of Person During HC Proceedings - (12 Mar 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has issued caution regarding counseling of detenue suggested by High Courts in Habeas Corpus (HC) Proceedings and has stated that no attempt should be made to influence the sexual orientation of an individual during such proceedings.
