Ker HC: Amusement Parks, Temporary or Permanent, Should be Established With Proper Adherence of Law - (11 Mar 2024)

Kerala High Court has held that amusement parks be that temporary or permanent will have to adhere to every requirement in law, particularly safety criteria, because if any mishap is to happen, it would have a cataclysmic effect.
