Calcutta High Court to West Bengal Govt.: Handover Shahjahan Sheikh To CBI - (07 Mar 2024)

Calcutta High Court has told the State government to immediately hand over the custody of Shahjahan Sheikh, prime accused in the attacks on ED officials at Sandeshkhali, to the CBI.
