Supreme Court: Court Should Be Cautious While Interfering with the Decision of Recruitment Agencies - (07 Mar 2024)

SC while observing that courts have to be cautious in dealing with the recruitment process adopted by recruitment agency has held that merely because a recruitment agency is not in a position to satisfy the Court, relief cannot be extended to a deprived candidate.
