Bombay High Court: Reading Communist or Naxal Literature Doesn’t Constitute Offence Under UAPA - (06 Mar 2024)

Bombay High Court has held that reading or sympathizing with literature that contains Communist or Maoist philosophy does not constitute an offence under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
