Delhi High Court: First-Come-First-Serve Criteria Under Election Symbols Order, 1968 Upheld - (05 Mar 2024)

ELECTION

Delhi High Court has upheld the criteria of ‘First-Come-First-Serve’ that allots free symbol to an unrecognized political party under the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968.
