Gauhati High Court Frames Policy For Persons With Disabilities - (04 Mar 2024)

Gauhati High Court has framed the 'Equal Opportunity Policy for Persons with Disabilities' in order to avoid discrimination and harassment taking place with persons with disabilities and to enable them to effectively discharge their duties.
