Rajasthan High Court: Accrual Time For Taxing Income to Be Postponed Till Dispute’s Adjudication - (01 Mar 2024)

Rajasthan High Court has held that the time of accrual for taxing income gets postponed till the dispute is adjudicated by the Civil Court.
