SC Criticises Centre For Not Specifying Range of Rates For Treatment in Pvt. Hospitals & Clinics - (29 Feb 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

SC while criticizing Centre for not specifying the range of rates for treatment services in pvt. hospitals & clinics has directed the Centre to provide some concrete proposal for the same by next hearing, failing which Court would consider notifying the rates applicable to CGHS empanelled hospitals.
