Kerala HC: Can’t File HC Petition For Same Detention Order Even on Raising New Grounds - (29 Feb 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Kerala High Court has held that if the substantial challenge in a Habeas Corpus (HC) petition is against the same detention order, the very same court cannot entertain a writ petition, even if new grounds have been raised.
