Delhi High Court: Deployment of CISF Personnel Shall be Based on Operational Requirements - (27 Feb 2024)

DEFENCE

Delhi High Court has stated that deployment of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel can either be in India or Abroad and such posting shall depend on the interest of operational necessities of the Force.
