Kar. HC: Can’t Stretch Protection u/a 21 to Those Posing Threat to Nation’s Sovereignty & Integrity - (27 Feb 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Karnataka High Court has held that Article 21 of Constitution of India cannot be stretched too long to afford protection to persons who have least concern for rule of law and pose threat to sovereignty and integrity of the nation.
