Delhi High Court: Legal Database’s Subscription Can’t Be Considered as Transfer of Copyright - (26 Feb 2024)

DIRECT TAXATION

Delhi High Court has held that subscription to a legal database does not amount to transfer of copyright since there is a clear difference between transferring copyright and granting right to use any copyright material.
