Del HC: Incorrect to Deny Benefits to Construction Workers For Failing to Pay For Renewal of Regist. - (26 Feb 2024)

Delhi High Court has held that disentitling construction worker to benefits on the basis that the worker has failed to pay contribution for renewal of his/her registration after validity of the registration is incorrect.
