Mad. HC: Under NDPS Act, Conscious Possession With Physical Possession Essential Element For Offence - (26 Feb 2024)

Madras High Court has held that under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS) physical, as well as mental possession of drugs, are essential elements in order to constitute an offence.
