Del. HC: Can’t Stop Publications on Public Life of Public Figures Unless it Amounts to Harassment - (26 Feb 2024)

Delhi High Court has observed that neither the Government nor judicial orders can stop publications on public life of public figures unless such publication amounts to harassment or invasion of privacy of such individual.
