Central Government Modifies Surrogacy (Regulation) Rules, 2022 - (23 Feb 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Centre has amended the Surrogacy (Regulation) Rules, 2022 and notified that when District Medical Board certifies that either husband or wife suffers from medical condition necessitating use of donor gamete then surrogacy using donor gamete is allowed.
