Supreme Court: Judicial Decisions Do Not Lead to Infringement of Fundamental Rights - (22 Feb 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has restated that a judicial decision that has been given by a court of competent jurisdiction cannot be challenged on the grounds of violation of fundamental rights.
