Supreme Court Quashes Judgement Released by Judge After Retirement - (20 Feb 2024)

CIVIL

Supreme Court while remitting a case to the High Court for fresh consideration, has quashed the judgement released by the judge after his retirement and stated that retaining case file after demitting the office is an act of gross impropriety on his part.
