Gujarat High Court Dismisses Arvind Kejriwal’s Pleas Challenging Summons in Defamation Case - (16 Feb 2024)

Gujarat High Court dismissed pleas filed by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and MP Sanjay Singh challenging a Sessions Court order asserting summons issued against them in a defamation case filed by Gujarat University related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's education degree.
