Supreme Court Sets Aside Interim Protection Granted to Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. Officers - (15 Feb 2024)

Supreme Court while setting aside the interim protection granted to Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. officers in an FIR, has held that the extraordinary and inherent powers of the court do not confer any arbitrary jurisdiction on the court to act according to its whims and caprice.
