SC: P&H HC's 50% Minimum Mark Criteria in Interviews For Promotion As District Judges Upheld - (14 Feb 2024)

Supreme Court has upheld the criteria set by Punjab and Haryana High Court (P&H HC) which requires the judicial officers to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the interviews for seeking promotion to the post of District Judges.
