Supreme Court Asks Its Registry to Not Refer Trial Courts As Lower Courts - (12 Feb 2024)

Supreme Court has asked its registry to not use the term ‘Lower Courts’ for ‘Trial Courts’ and has further added that even the record of the Trial Court should not be referred to as Lower Court Record.
