SC: Panchayat Members in Mah. To Produce Caste Certificate In 12 Months to Avoid Disqualification - (09 Feb 2024)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has held that Panchayat members in Maharashtra, who have been elected from seats reserved for the SC/OBC Class have to produce Validity Certificate regarding their Caste Certificate within 12 months from the date of election in order to avoid disqualification.
