Del. HC Refuses to Direct Trial Courts in National Capital to Issue Notice At Pre-Trial Stage - (08 Feb 2024)

CRIMINAL

Delhi HC while refusing to direct trial courts in the national capital to compulsorily issue notice to the complainant or victim in a criminal case at pre-trial stage, has observed that such direction is likely to result in delays in trial and is likely to defeat the objective of expeditious trials.
