Supreme Court Declines to Interfere With Madras HC Direction to Conduct Murder Trial Inside Jail - (08 Feb 2024)

Supreme Court while refusing to interfere with Madras High Court’s Direction to Conduct Murder Trial Inside Jail has held that while CrPC and CPC provide procedural frameworks, judiciary retains authority to adopt appropriate measures to ensure just and equitable trial process.
