Kerala High Court: Advocate Not to be Arrested Without Giving Notice of Appearance U/S 41A CrPC - (05 Feb 2024)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has directed that the Advocate who allegedly committed sexual harassment of a woman client, cannot be arrested without issuance of notice of appearance under Section 41 A CrPC (Code of Criminal Procedure).
