Law Commission Releases Report – Revisiting the Law on Prevention of Damage to Public Property - (05 Feb 2024)

The 22nd Law Commission has released a suo-motu Report titled "Revisiting the Law on Prevention of Damage to Public Property” that recommends amendments in the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.
