Delhi HC Directs Centre to Frame Guidelines on Living Organ or Tissue Donations by Minors - (02 Feb 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Delhi High Court has directed the Union Government to frame guidelines for reference of the appropriate authority and the State Governments while considering an application for living organ or tissue donations by minors.
