Supreme Court: Contempt Proceedings Should be Initiated Against Party Violating Status Quo Order - (01 Feb 2024)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court has held that where the status quo order was wilfully violated by any party then instead of vacating the stay of execution proceedings, contempt proceedings should be initiated against the same.
