Delhi HC: Anti-Profiteering Provisions Under CGST Act Upheld Since They Promote Consumer Welfare - (30 Jan 2024)

Delhi HC while upholding the provisions concerning anti-profiteering measure & establishment of National Anti-Profiteering Authority under the Central Good and Services Tax Act, 2017(CGST) and its Rules has observed that they are in nature of beneficial legislation as they promote consumer welfare.
