All HC:Husband Duty Bound to Maintain Wife Despite Lack of Income as He Can Earn as Unskilled Labour - (29 Jan 2024)

Allahabad High Court has held that a husband is duty-bound to provide maintenance to his wife under Section 125 Code of Criminal Procedure, even if, he has no income from his job as he may earn Rs. 350-400 per day as an unskilled labour.
