Supreme Court: Public Interest Litigations Raising Personal Grievances Can’t be Entertained - (29 Jan 2024)

Supreme Court while dismissing a Public Interest Litigation which sought directions to implement the recommendations of the NITI AYOG on streamlining medical research in India has held that Public Interest Litigations that raising personal grievances are impermissible.
