All. HC: Habeas Corpus Writ by Husband to Regain Wife not Available When Other Remedies Present - (23 Jan 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Allahabad High Court while observing that other remedies related to restitution of conjugal rights are available, has held that the emergency of a writ of habeas corpus at the behest of a husband to regain his wife would be rare and may not be available as a matter of course.
