SC: Religious Ceremony Can’t be Banned on Ground that Other Comm. Inhabited in the Area in Majority - (22 Jan 2024)

Supreme Court has held that blanket orders cannot be passed for banning religious ceremonies in particular areas on ground that the area is predominantly inhabited by people belonging to other religions.
