Supreme Court: Children Born out of Void Marriages Entitled to Share in Parent’s Property - (22 Jan 2024)

PROPERTY

Supreme Court has held that children born out of void and voidable marriages have to be considered legitimate children and shall be entitled to a valid share in the property of the common ancestor.
