Bombay High Court: Fake Websites Providing PAN Card Services A National Threat - (18 Jan 2024)

CIVIL

Bombay HC while passing an ex-parte interim injunction against certain entities allegedly operating fake websites providing PAN card services on behalf of government owned UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL), has held that such entities would pose a national level threat.
