Mad. HC: English Not a Mandatory Subject to Get Eligibility Certificate From NMC - (18 Jan 2024)

Madras High Court while directing National Medical Commission (NMC) to grant an eligibility certificate to a Foreign Medical Graduate, has held that not studying English as a subject cannot be the ground for denying eligibility certificate and registration as Medical Practitioner.
